Three months after the death of their friend, Jo, a group of college students reunite for the new school year. As they prepare for the party in Jo's honor, they are haunted by a paranormal force. Beneath the waves lies something dark and vicious that will determine the fates of all those who encounter it.
What is Crystalline?
Crystalline was our first short film produced in 2021, right before Cassidy's senior year of college. Wanting to get in to film and having no resources to, Cassidy and her friends set out to produce a short film. She reached out to her friends who had graduated film school and her playwright friends and asked if they wanted to join her crazy idea.
Each role was written for the actor and was created to showcase them. A fun summer project and a huge learning experience later, Crystalline is being submitted to festivals and was the beginning of Ranch House Productions.
